Here are some of our fave recipes, 
for the Plum Vanilla Liqueur
Bees Sultry Plum Tottie. (great for a cold afternoon tea)
1 tbs of ginger cut up
1 thin slice of orange zest.
1 good size pinch of black tea.
1 tsp of honey
2 oz Plum Vanilla Liqueur

put the ,orange zest and tea in your fave tea holder and add boiling water. Let the ginger and tea seep for a minute or so. Remove tea holder, add honey and liquer and stir. also good with a little brandy.

Plum Fizz
in tall glass put in:
1 tbs simple syrup
1 large wedge of lime (squeezed)
1 ounce gin
1 ounce plum liqueur

stir, ad some ice and fill with seltzer water. you can add some sprigs of mint or tarragon as well.

Holiday Martini
1 ounce plum liqueur
1 ounce gin (or vodka)
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
sprits of lemon or orange zest

place all in a martini shaker with ice, pour into a chilled glass. stir with a thin cinnamon stick.

the Pacific
2 ounces S.L. Spicy & Sweet  bourbon
1 ounce sour cherry juice
1 ounce wild artemesia liqueur
1 lemon wedge

Lemoncello Spritzer
3 ounces Lemoncello
5 ounces bubbly water
1 lemon slice
a sprig of fresh mint

Beet Martini
2 ounces beet liqueur
1 ounce sweet vermouth
juice of one lemon slice

Grapefruit Fizzle
3 ounces grapefruit cardamon liqueur
1 ounce dry vermouth
3 ounces gingerale (real gingerale)

Beet Sangria
1.5 ounce beet liqueur
1 ounce brandy
2 ounces red wine
3 ounce cranberry or pomegranate juice
slices of oranges, lemons, apples and berries

Lemontini
2 ounces lemoncello
1 ounce dry vermouth
1 ounce gin
lemon for rim

Tangerineita
1 ounce tangerine liqueur
2 ounces tequila
2 ounces lime juice
sugar to taste
tangerine slice
